This programme will provide you with the skills to provide initial support for someone with a mental health problem. Face to Face Delivery will run as a 2-day workshop,
Online Delivery will run as 3 x 4-hour sessions using Zoom.

Please note: All sessions must be attended to complete the programme and qualify for certificate. For online sessions, cameras must be kept on at all times. Participants will be emailed a link to attend in advance of the session, which will admit only one person per link. This link must not be shared.
